Bob is a Principal with over 30 years advising the broad spectrum of securities firms, broker dealers, exchanges and clearing houses. He focuses on risk management, brokerage operations, trade reporting, governance and controls as well as infrastructure and technology solutions. At Deloitte, Bob is Advisory’s Capital Markets Leader and is responsible for delivering the “Future of Operations”, Risk Operations, and the broad breath of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting including CAT. Bob has led numerous industry transformation programs including the project office for CAT LLC in response to SEC Rule 613 Consolidated Audit Trail. In 2015-2017 he lead the transition to T+2 and is currently leading the industry efforts to transition to T+1 working with SIFMA, ICI, and DTCC.
