Mr. Lyons represents banking and other financial institutions before the Federal Reserve Board, the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state banking (including NYDFS) and securities regulatory agencies. He has extensive experience representing domestic and international banking, financial services (including securities and broker dealer) and Fintech clients in bank and nonbank M&A, regulatory and enforcement matters. Mr. Lyons also advises banking organizations on optimal strategies and structuring of acquisitions and Fintech and other initiatives.
