Tax Partner, Mayer Brown

Jared Goldberger is a Tax partner in Mayer Brown’s New York office. His practice is focused on providing U.S. tax advice relating to information reporting and withholding to financial institutions. Specifically, Jared advises U.S. and non-U.S. banks, trust companies, asset managers and other financial institutions in all aspects relating to FATCA, the qualified intermediary (QI) regime, and Chapters 3 and 61 of the Internal Revenue Code. Jared also advises clients on the tax aspects of a wide variety of transactions, including financing transactions and capital markets.

Jared received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan, JD from Brooklyn Law School, and LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
