Jeff Taft is a co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Financial Services Product Team and based in the Washington DC office. His practice focuses primarily on bank regulation, bank receivership and insolvency issues, and has extensive experience counseling financial institutions, merchants, technology companies and other entities on compliance with various federal and state banking and consumer credit laws, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act and the International Banking Act.
