Jennifer Peve is Managing Director, Global Head of Strategy and Innovation at DTCC. In this role, Jennifer has overarching responsibility for the firm’s global corporate strategy, digital product development and strategic partnerships and alliances, working across the business, and with clients and third-party providers, to identify opportunities for new product development as well as potential acquisitions, partnerships and mergers to broaden DTCC’s capabilities. She is also responsible for defining the firm’s strategy for new and emerging technology innovation, leading efforts related to the exploration and experimentation of fintech and working with her colleagues and the industry to advance dialogue on key topics and develop thought leadership. Jennifer is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Jennifer joined DTCC in 2015. Prior to that, she worked at CME Group where she served as Executive Director of OTC Product Management with responsibility for CME’s cleared OTC credit default swaps (CDS) business, including growth strategy, business development, and go-to-market activities.

Jennifer has over 25 years of financial markets expertise, including consulting and practical experience as well as the design, development and deployment of business strategies in a dynamic environment. She has extensive knowledge across the entire product life cycle, including OTC, FX and FX Options, OTC Metals, Stock Lending, OTC Credit Default Swaps, OTC Interest Rate Swaps and Swaptions, OTC Total Return Swaps, F&O, Energy and Equities.
