Kristie is a New York based Director in KPMG’s Markets Compliance practice focusing on Compliance and Regulatory Risk. She has 25 years of diverse financial services experience working for or advising broker dealers, investment advisors, FCMs, swap dealers, private equity firms, and FinTech’s. She has implemented and/or provided advice and assistance to clients on compliance and supervisory programs, regulatory change management, regulatory remediations, risk and control frameworks and testing programs. She regularly manages large scale implementation projects with multiple workstreams covering impact assessments, policy and procedure uplift, analyzing and structuring roles and responsibilities, technology enhancements and training. Prior to joining KPMG, Kristie held multiple senior-level Compliance roles including Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Compliance Risk Review and Global Head of Policies and Procedures as well as other central compliance and desk compliance roles at large and medium-sized financial services firms.
