Lucy is the global leader for Protiviti’s NextGen Risk and Compliance practice and focuses on transforming enterprise risk management, operational risk, credit risk, market risk, AML and compliance through process automation and digitization. She has more than 20 years of experience leading complex change initiatives across a variety of organizations to transform their business performance through risk management, operational effectiveness, enhanced governance, process automation and innovative technology. Prior to joining Protiviti, Lucy was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where she held various leadership positions including the regional Head of Regulatory Transformation and the Controls Officer for the Commercial and Investment Bank. Before that, Lucy held several Transformation & Innovation leadership roles at HSBC, Barclays and RBS (Coutts Wealth Management).
