Maura Miller

Managing Director, UBS/Credit Suisse

Maura Miller is a Managing Director at UBS and Credit Suisse within Compliance based in New York. She is the Global Head of the Investment Bank Compliance Program for Credit Suisse, the Americas Head of Credit Suisse Asset Management Compliance and the Americas Head of UBS Non-Core and Legacy Division Compliance. In addition, she is the Chief Compliance Officer for Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, the firm’s US broker-dealer.

Prior to her current roles, Maura was responsible for managing the Firm’s Equity and Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading Compliance program. Maura joined Credit Suisse in 2003 from Merrill Lynch where she was a member of the Equity Compliance Group. She started her career with the Trading and Market Making Surveillance group of the NASD (now known as FINRA).

Maura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
