As the Head of Partner Marketing at Smarsh, McKinley is responsible for leading the program strategy and execution of marketing and enablement initiatives that support the organization’s rapidly growing partner ecosystem and drive incremental growth.

McKinley’s experience includes the acquisition, launch, activation, and growth of a broad range of partnerships including strategic alliances, large VAR channels, ISVs, distributors, systems integrators, and advisory firms. McKinley is an active member of the Women of the Channel Leadership Network and the American Marketing Association.
