Senior Manager, EY

Melinda Innocenti is a senior manager in EY’s Financial Services Office in San Francisco. She has more than 11 years of experience serving financial services clients, including global financial institutions, broker-dealers, futures commission merchants, asset management and fintech companies. She has extensive experience with both public and private company reporting, including internal control reporting, agreed upon procedures engagements, and SEC reporting. Melinda’s experience includes a role in EY’s Professional Practice National Office, where she provided technical assistance to EY professionals and clients on accounting, auditing and regulatory matters relevant to broker-dealers, futures commission merchants and other industry participants. She also developed firm guidance, training and EY thought leadership on emerging issues facing the securities industry. Melinda is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. She has a BS in both Finance and Accountancy and MS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
