Executive Director, DTCC

Philip Ellenbogen is an Executive Director in the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation’s (“DTCC”) Regulatory Relations group. In this role, he manages complex examinations and other regulatory matters for the company’s Systemically Important Financial Market Utilities and other businesses.

Prior to joining DTCC in 2017, Phil was in the Regulatory Affairs groups at both MetLife and MassMutual, where he represented the firms’ registered broker dealers in a variety of federal and state securities regulatory matters.  Before that, he was an associate in the Litigation practice of Kramer Levin, based in the Firm’s New York office.  His practice focused on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and other securities regulatory matters.
