Tessa has more than 16 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in a wide array of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, oil and gas, and financial services. Tessa has provided exceptional service to some of our largest clients, with relevant experience in multiple industries, SEC reporting and technical accounting. She has served our clients in our New York and Denver offices, serving clients such as Liberty Energy Inc., Civitas Resources, Inc., Paragon 28, DCP Midstream, MarkWest Energy Partners, Bonanza Creek Energy, Janus Capital Group, Blackrock Inc. and Merrill Lynch.

Tessa is deeply experienced with public company market transactions such as the integration of large acquisitions into the audit, 404b implementation, IPOs, secondary debt and equity offerings, carve-out audits, and successfully working with the PCAOB during the inspection process. She has built a reputation for open and direct communication and providing leadership through significant transactions.

Tessa also spends time as our Denver Office Talent Partner, where she manages our practice of over 200 audit professionals. She is also the National Women & Allies leader for the Firm. She is deeply committed to our people and has demonstrated her ability to lead teams throughout her career.
