Senior Securities Expert, Swift

Tracy Chou is a Senior Securities Expert at Swift, leading the Go-To-Market effort in securities settlements, digital assets, and corporate actions in North America and LATAM. She works closely with Business Development teams to devise marketing strategies and structuring solutions. Based in New York, Tracy started her career in real estate financing and asset backed securities trading, then expanded her coverage into multiple fixed income products, including repo and structured lending. Prior to Swift, Tracy was an executive director at Nomura Securities and Pretium Partners, heading several risk desks across investment strategies. She also spent eight years at both JP Morgan Investment Banking and Asset Management businesses. Tracy is experienced in scaling multiple private equity funds, mutual funds plus a structured lending business. Tracy is a graduate of UC Berkeley; she also holds a M.A. of economics from UCLA.
