Turgay serves as a Managing Director in the KPMG Customer and Operations (C&O) Financial Services practice and brings over 25 years of experience in global financial services within investment banks and FinTech service providers.

He has led and implemented large-scale operations and technology transformation programs. In addition, he has led projects on LIBOR transition, resolution planning, KYC / AML, prime brokerage, operations outsourcing, along with middle and back-office operating and technology model transformation for global investment banks. Turgay is also a part of the KPMG Connected Operations and LIBOR reform campaigns.

Prior to KPMG, he led change management, equity, and operations technology teams at an investment bank and was a product manager for a leading post-trade processing system.
