Chris is a Partner in PwC’s Customer Transformation practice based in San Francisco. He leads the Customer Engagement and Acquisition focus of our practice, helping clients reimagine future growth opportunities through PwC’s Business Model Reinvention framework. Chris and his team have engaged with Financial Services clients across a broad spectrum, evaluating and optimizing MarTech investments, developing and implementing GenAI strategies, modernizing organizational structures, and identifying levers to reduce spend and spur growth.

Prior to joining PwC, Chris spent 13 years as an agency leader working primarily with hyper-growth SaaS Unicorns helping them build and scale demand generation capabilities, marketing strategies and teams. Before that he spent nearly ten years as an account strategist and director for a number of renowned digital and traditional agencies, developing campaigns for many of the world’s best known brands.

Chris has degrees from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, San Jose State’s Graduate School of Education, and UC Davis.
