Christopher B. Horn focuses his practice on structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on asset-backed securities offerings in the public and private markets. He has experience representing issuers, borrowers and commercial and investment banks in a variety of public and private asset-backed securities offerings, commercial paper conduit facilities and other forms of financing involving a wide variety of assets, including auto leases, auto loans, equipment leases and trade receivables. Chris also has experience representing trustees in connection with RMBS litigation and regulatory matters.

Chris frequently advises on the regulatory aspects of securitization and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on the evolving impact of the Dodd-Frank Act. He has published numerous articles on structured finance topics and authored multiple comment letters on behalf of clients and industry trade groups relating to the proposed rules under the Dodd-Frank Act and Regulation AB. He is also an active member of the Securitization and Structured Finance Committee of the American Bar Association.
