Managing Director, Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, DTCCKeisha Bell is Managing Director – Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at DTCC. She is responsible for

acquiring and retaining best talent and developing DTCC’s next generation of leaders. Keisha believes in changing mindsets, forging

progressive practices and viewing each employee as an agent of change and positive outcomes. She partners with business leaders to

leverage employees to achieve strong business outcomes, focus on talent growth and mobility, and to ensure diversity, equity and

inclusion are fully integrated into the firm’s workplace practices. Additionally, Keisha leads Corporate Social Responsibility, where she

oversees DTCC’s ESG strategy and corporate giving priorities focused on STEM education and persistence, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

Keisha has vast experience as a business and technology leader. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director of DTCC’s Risk Management Reporting, Governance, Analysis and Program Management group. She successfully led the firm’s Board and Management Risk Committees, regulatory, audit and compliance reporting, management control testing, and program management of the Financial and

Technology Risk initiatives. She also served on the Wealth Management Services team. Before DTCC, Keisha worked for Seligman Funds and Park Avenue Securities spanning broker/dealer operations, technology transformations, program management and business analysis. She was also a member of DTCC’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council, a founding leader of the firm’s LGBTQA professional network and represented DTCC at The Alliance, an inaugural gathering of the world’s most influential LGBTQ leaders. She currently serves on the advisory council of The Alliance and on the Board of Directors of the New York City Anti-Violence Project. Until April 2021, Keisha served on the Board of Directors of FTX US Derivatives.

Keisha has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including broker/dealer operations, technology transformations, program management and business analysis. She has been recognized for a number of awards, including the 2021 World Federation of Exchanges Women Leaders List and the 2020 OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Models – Top LGBT Executives. Keisha earned her B.S. in Organizational Behavior from New York University.
