Kshitiz Mittal is passionate about helping organizations automate front-middle-back office functions using functionally rich and technically advanced products from TCS BaNCS. He is currently Director of Sales for TCS BaNCS in North America and has spent 17 years working with Custodians, Asset Managers and Brokers. He has also managed various large transformation programs helping reduce risk and increase automation in securities processing. Key learning from all his experience is that you cannot build a new house without a strong foundation. Thus if organizations want to participate, and win, in the new digital race then they must think from bottom up and not only client facing applications.

Besides technology, his other areas of interest include business strategy, personal finance and human psychology. Recently he has been exploring how Crypto Currencies can have a profound impact on the global economy, businesses and people. An avid reader, he is always looking for a recommendation.
