Maggie Fritz is a principal in KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services group. Maggie joined KPMG in 2004 and during her tenure she has worked on a wide range of transfer-pricing related issues, primarily in the financial services industry.

Maggie has conducted numerous transfer pricing studies in connection with IRS and OECD documentation requirements, as well as prepared planning studies to determine appropriate arm’s-length pricing on various transactions for numerous banks, global custodians, asset managers, and insurance companies. Additionally, she has advised financial services clients with regard to implementing transfer prices and optimizing their end-to-end process around intercompany transactions.

Maggie has also assisted banking clients in preparing appropriate documentation to support that their intercompany transactions take place in accordance with the regulatory requirements in Reg W Section 23 A/B.
