Rebecca Winters is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and Co-Head of the U.S. Litigation Department. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Rebecca served as counsel in the Litigation Department of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she represented clients on a variety of civil matters, including antitrust, securities and M&A litigations, and in connection with a range of criminal and regulatory investigations. Rebecca received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She clerked for the Honorable Kimba M. Wood, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable John M. Walker, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
