Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Options Clearing Corporation

Scot Warren is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of OCC, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization.

As COO, Mr. Warren has oversight responsibilities for OCC’s operations, project management, business process optimization functions, finance, business development, and human resources. He was previously Chief Administrative Officer, a position he assumed in 2016 after joining OCC in 2015 as Executive Vice President of Business and Product Development.

Before joining OCC, Mr. Warren served as Senior Managing Director – Equity Products and Index Services at CME Group. In that role, he managed CME’s equity index futures business product line and also led CME’s entry into index services via the acquisition of Dow Jones Indices and the subsequent formation of the S&P Dow Jones joint venture with McGraw-Hill Financial. Previously, he was Vice President, Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for America’s Trading, and prior to that, he served as President of Hull Transaction Services. Mr. Warren also held senior positions at Chicago Corporation/ABN AMRO and Arthur Anderson.
