Vikram is a partner with PwC Digital Assurance & Transparency practice and has over 20 years of experience working with financial services clients to address a wide range of internal control, technology and operational risk related solutions. Additionally, Vikram leads the Emerging Technology Risk and Controls solution within the practice. and controls third party assurance/internal controls assessment and reporting (e.g. SOC 1, SOC 2, AUP, AT-C 205). Vikram has led the delivery of third-party assurance solutions for a number of transaction and trade processing, asset servicing and asset management clients covering operations in areas such as prime services, trade processing, securities clearing and settlement, investment advisory, trust and custody and pricing services for both legacy assets as well as digital assets.

Vikram has a deep understanding of Emerging Technology and has worked on the AICPA Emerging Technology task force, the AICPA digital assets task force and the Center for Audit Quality – Emerging Technology task force where he helps publish guidance on risks and controls in emerging technology.

Vikram also represents the firm in various industry consortiums related to these topics.
